1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Rivixy AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are prohibited from using the service and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Use of Service

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our AI-powered competitive analysis tools. You agree NOT to:

  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract data from our platform.
  • Use automated systems (bots) to scrape data from Rivixy without permission.
  • Resell or redistribute the analysis reports without a proper commercial license.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of Rivixy require a paid subscription. By selecting a plan, you agree to pay the fees associated with that plan on a recurring basis.

  • Billing: Payments are processed via Stripe. You must provide valid payment information.
  • Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds: Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis according to our internal policy.

4. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content (excluding user-submitted data), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Rivixy AI. The reports generated for you are for your business use according to your subscription plan.

5. Accuracy of Data

Rivixy uses artificial intelligence and public data to generate insights. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that the results are 100% accurate, complete, or reliable. You should use the insights as one of many factors in your business decision-making process.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Rivixy AI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
